The Role
We're seeking a skilled and detail‐oriented Financial Accountant with strong experience using Sage X3 and manufacturing industry experience. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, inventory management insights, and driving system‐based improvements in a dynamic, production‐led environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and management accounts.
* Oversee cost accounting and analysis.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
* Utilise Sage X3 daily for GL maintenance, journal entries, and financial analysis.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Collaborate cross‐functionally with operations, production, and supply chain teams to provide financial insights.
* Support audit preparation and year‐end close.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
* CPA or CA qualified (or working towards).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the manufacturing industry.
* Proven hands‐on experience with Sage X3 (mandatory).
* Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost accounting principles.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
