Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Food Service Director to oversee the culinary operations of our WA camps.
* To provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
* Lead a team of kitchen staff, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
* Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
* Create service schedules and manage budgets effectively.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, HACCP principles, and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in chef management, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
* Proven track record in managing teams, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to create efficient food service systems and monitor performance metrics.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
