About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Orange City Outlet. This is a full‑time position, 38 hours per week.
* Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
* Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
* Executing visual merchandising in-store and using discretion to make commercial decisions.
* Understanding stock‑management processes and prioritising tasks.
* Coaching and providing on‑the‑spot feedback with your team.
* Analyzing reports to make commercial decisions that drive the business.
