We are seeking a skilled payroll professional to join our team on a temporary contract with the strong possibility of transitioning into a permanent position. The full-time role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and supporting our administration department.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* End-to-end payroll processing for weekly and monthly cycles;
* Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation;
* Assisting with general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management;
* Communicating effectively with drivers, office staff, and internal departments;
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes;
* Participating in on-the-job training to understand industry complexities.
