We take pride in delivering a consistently excellent experience — from the plate to the playlist — and we're looking for someone ready to lead the charge and grow with us.What you'll be doing: Leading daily operations with energy, professionalism, and a strong floor presence Driving guest satisfaction and strong NPS/Google ratings through great food, fast service, and genuine hospitality Ensuring food, beverage, and service standards are consistently high across all areas Coaching FOH & BOH teams through on-shift training, regular feedback, and leading by example Managing recruitment, onboarding, and progression of high-performing team members Owning rosters, payroll accuracy, and team scheduling in line with labour targets Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and venue compliance standards Overseeing inventory, stock control, and cost management Running team meetings and cultural initiatives that drive engagement and alignment Setting and executing goals that support financial success and business growth Working at least 3 peak shifts per week to lead from the front when it counts most What you bring Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership (1–3 years preferred) Strong people skills and a team-first attitude A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure Passion for service, quality, and guest satisfaction Great communication, organisation, and time management skills Why Fonda?
