Provide analytical support and assistance to the Perth Tenant Representation (both office and industrial) business to ensure business activities are delivered in the most professional manner for the benefit of its clients.
About the role
* Collating of property information for client presentations, including liaising with agents and landlords
* Financial analysis of leasing and development proposals
* Assisting with the preparation of client presentation documentation, including pitch presentations, business cases, etc.
* Source, collect and collate leasing evidence for both office and industrial transactions
* Assist team with client relationship management system (Salesforce) management
* Attend property inspections as required
* Assist with proof reading reports developed by other team members
* Actively contribute to team meetings demonstrating a willingness to share ideas and information
* Prepare ad hoc reports to meet client briefs
* Assist the wider team in ad hoc analytical requirements as required
* Participate in industry specific professional association activities
* Build strong relationships with clients
* Undertake other duties and tasks as your manager may reasonably direct from time to time
* Liaising with other relevant departments to encourage information free flow such as Research, valuations data etc.

About you:
* Prior experience from university studies or in a related role, within the industry.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
* Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
* Career minded, client focused and rapport building mindset
