The Opportunity
You’ll support our senior sales team in managing key national retail partners including Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Costco, David Jones and Harris Farm across the Maggie Beer Products portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
Account Management & Retailer Support
* Managing new line paperwork, artwork requests and retailer submissions
* Preparing samples and presentations for retailer meetings
* Taking ownership of the Amazon account
* Assisting with inventory coordination across Coles, Amazon and Costco
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
* Tracking weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance
* Ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full
* Maintaining retail scan reports and identifying performance trends
* Conducting data deep dives to support account insights
Category & Commercial Support
* Delivering competitor and category analysis to support growth strategies
* Supporting the development and refresh of sales toolkits, templates and trackers
Promotional Management
* Preparing pricing and promotional documentation
* Supporting promotional claims and tracking
Trade Marketing
* Assisting with trade marketing initiatives, POS and event support
* Supporting the Marketing Manager (approx. 1 day per week) on ad hoc projects to drive Engagement, Awareness and Trial of our brand
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll learn how the commercial engine of a premium FMCG business really works.
About You
* 12–24 months’ FMCG field sales experience
* Hungry to step into a head office career pathway
* Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
* Commercially curious — you want to understand how the whole business works
* Highly organised and comfortable juggling priorities
* A team player who rolls up their sleeves
* Passionate about premium food and building brands
