Residential Rostering Officer - Nudgee Mercy Community • Nudgee, QLD, AU
About the role
Mercy Community are on the search for an exceptional Rostering Officer to join our Residential Aged Care team. This role will be a Permanent Full-Time position with On-Call supports required to be undertaken within this role. This role will be based at our Nudgee office.
This role is the first point of contact for all incoming staff roster and leave enquiries (on site, telephone, emails). On-call supports will be required and shared amongst the team. Shift times will vary in this role from Monday to Sunday, working hours are within 05:00-22:00 with on-call required. This role will cover rostering for our Residential Aged Care facilities in Queensland (Nudgee, Rockhampton and Townsville).
Responsibilities
* Respond to staff roster enquiries and action or escalates to Staffing Services Manager as required
* Ensure accurate and timely entry of timesheet data into payroll systems
* Assist with distribution of vacant shift notifications
* Assist with allocation of shifts following set rostering guidelines
About you
* Experience as a rostering clerk/officer or scheduling officer (desirable)
* Experience within a high-volume customer service role
* Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver's License
* Must be able to cover shifts Monday to Sunday
