Senior Project Manager for Development and Building
This is a leadership role that requires overseeing the development and building business unit. The successful candidate will have strong civil engineering background, experience leading teams in a consultancy or development setting, and be confident communicators, strategic thinkers, and commercially savvy.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and Mentor the Team: Lead and manage a team of capable professionals who take pride in doing great work, building long-term client relationships, and growing sustainably.
* Drive Performance and Growth: Ensure the delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to required standards, oversee project planning and resourcing, and maintain financial health and profitability.
* Foster a Culture of Excellence: Uphold ISO9001 and WHS standards, ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place, and champion continuous improvement and compliance.
Business Objectives:
* Build Relationships: Establish relationships with government, clients, and industry stakeholders, lead business development initiatives aligned with strategic goals, and represent the company at events and within networks.
* Deliver Projects: Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects, maintaining high-quality outputs and compliance with codes and regulations.
* Maintain Financial Health: Manage forecasting, budgets, and reporting for the business unit, oversee financial health and profitability, and work closely with senior management to align financial and business goals.
