About the Role:
We're seeking a qualified educator to take on the role of teaching vocational skills to students in a correctional centre setting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and making a positive impact on people's lives.
* This role involves designing and delivering training programs that cater to the needs of students with varying skill levels and backgrounds.
* You will be responsible for assessing student progress and providing feedback to ensure they achieve their goals.

* Your expertise in digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, will be essential in creating engaging and effective lesson plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* TAE40110 or TAE40116 (including TAEASS501 and TAELLN411) or higher VET teaching qualification
* Hold a relevant vocational qualification and/or demonstrate competencies at or above the level being delivered and assessed.
* Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Show a strong understanding of, and respect for, the diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of students.
* Possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with large groups.
* Exhibit a confident, adaptable, and student-focused approach to teaching.
* Apply flexible teaching strategies tailored to individual learner needs and classroom dynamics.
* Be proficient in digital tools and platforms, including the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant IT systems.
