Join Our Team as an Outpatient's Coordinator – Lead and Support Quality Outpatient Services.

Play a key role in overseeing the delivery of efficient, customer-focused outpatient services at Riverland General Hospital.

About the Role:

As the Outpatient's Coordinator, you will be responsible to the Corporate Administration & PAS Manager for providing high-level administrative support and operational supervision of outpatient administration staff. This includes managing rostering, daily task allocation, customer service, liaising with external clinicians, and ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.

You will also coordinate the training and development of new staff, while providing day-to-day supervision, support, and guidance to the outpatient team. Importantly, you will serve as a key source of expert advice across RMCLHN, supporting staff to deliver high-quality, efficient outpatient services.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in managing teams, supervising staff, and allocating tasks to ensure equitable workloads.
* Demonstrated ability in a similar role with strong organisational skills, prioritising competing tasks, and maintaining effective office systems and procedures.
* Extensive knowledge of Patient Administration System (Sunrise), including outpatient waitlisting, scheduling, and templating.
* Experience in medical record documentation, adherence to patient policies, and confidentiality requirements.
* Skilled in providing high-quality, customer-focused services in a complex organisation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, and preparing correspondence, agendas, and minutes.
