In this key senior role, reporting to an industry‑leading Partner, you will own a litigation practice, appearing at NCAT and superior courts, resolving a full spectrum of disputes related to building/construction and strata.

Own and manage litigation practice in building & construction and strata disputes.
Appear at NCAT and superior courts.
Resolve disputes across the full spectrum of building and construction, strata matters.
Qualifications
Proven litigation solicitor with 5‑20+ years of experience, up to Special Counsel level.
Experience in construction and preferably strata disputes.
Strong advocacy, negotiation and client management skills.
Desire autonomy and stimulating, interesting work in a no‑politics environment.
