Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and manage low-touch Equity and FX orders across the Asia Pacific region.
* Monitor and evaluate execution performance using transaction cost analysis tools.
* Understand execution algorithms and order management systems used worldwide.
* Learn regional market microstructures and regulations.
* Manage real-time trade reporting, matching, and settlement.
* Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Research, and Operations globally.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related fields.
* 2+ years in financial services with at least 1 year in equity trading.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Completed trading exams and hold necessary certifications.
* Basic knowledge of trading analytics, strategies, and risk management.
* Proficiency with Excel and handling large data sets.
* Experience with trading tools like OMS (Charles River preferred), EMS, and trade analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced coursework in computer science, statistics, econometrics, or mathematics.
* Experience with SQL, VBA, and Python programming.
* Previous experience within a Trading department.
