About the Role
We are seeking a Therapeutic Community (TC) Team Leader to provide on-site leadership and ensure safe, structured, and therapeutic daily operations.
Reporting to the Justice & Community Manager, you will guide a multidisciplinary team, coordinate daily routines and programs, and maintain a positive, accountable, recovery-focused community environment.

What You'll Do
* Lead and support staff daily through supervision, guidance, and modelling of TC principles
* Coordinate community routines and activities, including groups, meetings, roles, and resident schedules
* Respond to incidents and manage safety, including drug/alcohol testing, medication procedures, and risk protocols
* Guide clinical and operational quality, including case notes, CMS data, handovers, and audits
* Support resident growth, encouraging accountability, skill building, and progression through the program
What You'll Bring
* Qualification or equivalent experience in AOD, Mental Health, Social Work, Psychology, or related discipline
* Demonstrated experience leading or supervising staff
* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
* Confidence working with complex behaviours and structured program models
* Experience with trauma-informed and culturally secure practice
* Operational experience within AOD or mental health services
* Good physical capacity to participate in community routines
* Understanding of Equal Opportunity principles
* Experience leading or working within a Therapeutic Community or residential AOD program
Required Clearances
* WA C or A class driver's licence
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Clearance (within 3 months)
