**About the role**
In this exciting role, the Production Planner will purchase and manage all raw materials requirements for the Dulux Powders plant. You will be responsible to monitor and maintain inventory stock levels. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to work with varied stakeholders across the Group, our marketing, R&D, operations and production teams.
You will have the opportunity to participate in improvement initiatives in purchasing, materials management and operations processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Create detailed production schedules based on the plants capabilities.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels
- Maintain product master data to reflect production routings and raw material safety stock levels.
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the plant by supporting and improving systems and processes used for production planning.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in complex manufacturing supply chain environment
- Advanced analytical, numerical and Excel skills to utilise data and enable data-driven insights
- Highly proficient understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to seek for improvements and drive process enhancements.
