Administrative Support for Senior Executive
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to a senior executive within the Finance Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electronic diaries, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring compliance with the department's records management system.

1. Providing confidential administrative support to a senior executive.
2. Coordinating building access and systems access across the Finance Directorate.
3. Managing procurement activities.
