Working closely with the Club Commodore and Events Co-ordinator, this role involves:
Responsibilities
* Responding to client email and telephone queries
* Updating brochures and other documentation
* Performing viewings, as appropriate
* Booking in events, including scheduling bar staff and invoicing
* Helping Club staff and clients prepare the venue for events, including moving furniture (with assistance), stock control including preparing crockery and cutlery, cleaning windows and hanging decorations etc.
* Acting as Casual Bar Staff (paid) if willing and available

Time Required : 4-6 hours per week, some time on Friday and at least one other day
Training : Hands on training provided by Events Co-ordinator
