About the role Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role is the principal Quality Assurance contact person for all TWE Barossa Packaging Centre raw material suppliers. It will Coordinate and deliver sustainable supplier performance through category monthly reviews, Quality Incident cost recovery facilitation, implementation of site quality metrics and utilise continuous improvement principles. - Trend quality data (MyQI) to identify key areas for improvement most relevant for TWEBPC. - Develop and maintain cost recovery metrics and processes to ensure costs are effectively managed and reported. - Implement and maintain compliance with the Food Safety and Quality Management System by reporting food safety hazards and quality problems as they arise. - Generate, facilitate and finalisation of MyQIs as appropriate for supplier food safety and quality related issues / improvements / customer complaints, including monitoring and reporting of site performance in MyQI compliance.
