The role:
Black Pepper is seeking aRetail Assistantto join our store in Shepparton!
In this casual role, you'll be supported by a great team committed to providing customers with a unique and honest shopping experience that leaves them looking and feeling fabulous.
To succeed, you will:
Create genuine in-store experiences to understand customer needs, acting as a brand ambassador for Black Pepper and Brand Collective.
Style customers to ensure they look and feel great, contributing to store sales and KPI targets.
Participate in store events such as morning teas and charity events.
Assist with daily store operations, including visual merchandising, cleaning, and administrative tasks.
Help maintain an organized stockroom and use ladders to retrieve stock from heights (comfort with this is essential).
What you bring to the team:
Passion for providing style advice that makes a positive difference in customers' lives.
Experience in a customer-facing retail role within a team environment.
Flexibility to work shifts and assist during peak trade periods.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and EFTPOS facilities.
