Job Title: Manager of Youth Justice Services
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality services to young people in a safe and secure therapeutic setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff to deliver centre programs across client services, counselling, WHS, building environment, response equipment and operational security.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of staff to deliver centre programs
* Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure compliance with policy, procedure and relevant legislation
* Coordinate the design, delivery, monitoring, evaluation and funding of programs provided by centre and community-based providers
* Lead the development and implementation of operational procedures, practices and systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in behavioural/social sciences, education, psychology or relevant experience managing multidisciplinary teams
* Negotiation and communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
