We're currently hiring for Restaurant Manager:

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service
* Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to maintain a positive and high-performing team culture
* Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow for efficient service
* Collaborate with the Head Chef and owners to highlight local produce and beverage offerings
* Monitor budgets, rostering, inventory, and overall financial performance
* Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene standards
* Handle guest feedback and uphold our reputation for excellence
About You:
* Proven experience in restaurant management similar premium venue
* A minimum of 2-3 years of restaurant management experience is required
* Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for local ingredients
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong headed and kind hearted
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
* Professional presentation and great communication skills
* Availability for weekend and evening shifts
