Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify sales quotes before approval
- Process approved quotes into orders and maintain accurate records
- Update pricing data, logs, and customer information
- Assist with basic reporting on quotes, turnaround times, and workflow
- Liaise with sales to clarify missing info
- Provide general commercial and admin support
- Gradually take on more pricing and analytical tasks with training.
About You
We’re looking for someone motivated, curious, and eager to learn, ideally with:
- A recently completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and confidence to engage with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn commercial systems.
- Any prior experience in a commercial, admin, or operational role (advantageous but not essential).
