Borg Group is seeking a motivated Creative Account Manager to join our Creative Agency team. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
About the Role
As a Creative Account Manager, you'll support the delivery of creative campaigns and day-to-day brand activity across a portfolio of brands. Acting as a key link between stakeholders and the agency team, you'll ensure projects are clearly briefed, well-managed, and delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage stakeholder communication and act as the key liaison between marketing teams and the agency
* Coordinate projects and campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines and approvals are met
* Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and aligned with project requirements
* Collaborate with creative, digital, content, and production teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
* Monitor campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and identifying risks early
About You
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Relevant experience or qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
* Ideally 2 years' experience in a creative agency role
