About the Role
This role involves conducting a strategic analysis of the system configuration process for a grants management platform. The objective is to assess and refine how policy requirements and design are translated into a digital delivery solution, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the configuration process.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze the end-to-end system configuration and testing process.
* Identify areas for process improvement and recommend efficiencies.
* Assess aspects of the configuration process that could be outsourced and document the necessary steps for outsourcing.
* Develop a timeline for implementing recommendations and process improvements.
* Engage with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
Depending on the complexity of the grant program, the configuration process can take between 10 to 30 working days.
