We are excited to announce multiple openings for casual security officers for our retail sites in Tasmania for an immediate start. This role involves ensuring the delivery of security and safety at assigned sites by undertaking static/patrolling duties, assisting in medical emergencies, compiling reports and coordinating an effective security presence.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Guard premises, patrol areas, monitor CCTV systems, and control access to and exit from sites.
* Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide necessary support to stakeholders.
* Critically assess situations of risk and respond accordingly while adhering to standard operating procedures.
* Communicate effectively with visitors, patrons, and site management.
* Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate data logs.
Key Selection Criteria
* Hold a current Security License and Valid First Aid Certificate.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Able to work within a team environment or autonomously.
* Dependable, reliable, and action-oriented with a strong desire to achieve.
