An established early learning service located in central Wollongong is seeking a Centre Manager / Director to lead centre operations, compliance, and team development.
This is a senior leadership role offering full centre oversight with the backing of a supportive leadership team. This opportunity suits an operationally strong early childhood leader who understands regulatory requirements and values structure, accountability, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily centre operations and staffing
* Support Assessment & Rating and quality improvement processes
* Ensure compliance with NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements
* Lead and support educators and room leaders
* Manage occupancy, rosters, and operational planning
* Build consistent, professional relationships with families
