Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you are passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey and by empowering customers to identify the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences: help customers find the right products and services to suit their needs.
- Be the go-to tech expert: stay up to date with the latest gadgets and services, offering informed guidance and solutions.
- Use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while keeping customers connected.
- Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming environment that supports store goals.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly rate: starting at $30.33 per hour (Junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age).
- Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% on Saturday, 100% on Sunday, 150% on public holidays.
- 12% superannuation plus 10% variable remuneration (eligible as per plan rules).
