Randstad are proud to partner with a leading engineering services company in Brisbane in their search for an experienced and proactive administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-level administrative and customer service support to the TEGG function.
The Role:
Office and Project Support Officer
This position plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the TEGG team and broader Engineering Services Division, working across various administrative tasks to support project and service delivery.
Your Duties:
Organise and maintain printing, stationery, PPE, and registers

General office duties including invoicing, filing, and document/report preparation

Format and finalise quotes, tenders, and project-related documentation

Data entry, database maintenance, and processing of purchase orders and variations

Schedule and liaise with Technicians for jobs

Prepare and distribute Client Reports

Coordinate with Payroll, HSE, Finance, and Admin Support teams

Assist with audits, travel bookings, and freight coordination

Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures

About You
At least 2 year's experience in a similar administrative role

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Strong multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities

Confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with Greentree or similar systems (desirable)

Adaptable, proactive, and solutions-focused

Works well independently and collaboratively in a team

Comfortable coordinating technicians and managing project documentation

Takes pride in supporting smooth office and operational processes

Certificate IV in Administration and/or TEGG experience (advantageous)
