Job Description
As a Claims Administrator your role will focus on high volume data entry and internal coordination to ensure customer claims are processed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
Process a high volume of claims per month.
Ensure claims are finalised within a 30 day KIP window.
Manage internal follow-ups and approvals (no direct customer contact involved).
Weekly reporting and documentation management.
Collaborate with internal departments including credit, finance, and sales.
Handle claim rejections and ensure documentation is complete and audit ready.
Ad hoc admin as required.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience in claims processing, credit administration, or coordination.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow up internally.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work with a sense of urgency.

What's on Offer
Salary range of $65,520 to $65,000 + super + yearly salary increase reviews.
3 days work / 2 days in office.
Flex start / finish times, with options for alternative arrangements (longer hours to support RDO etc).
