OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Podcast Content Producer.
In this role, you'll be responsible for editing long-form video podcast episodes, creating attention-grabbing clips, and managing clients to deliver top-quality content.Base pay rangeDay shift (Work from Home)Dental and medical insurance on day one.Collaborative and supportive team culture.ResponsibilitiesContent ProductionEdit long-form video podcast episodes, covering audio mastering, video editing, and removal of unwanted parts.Transform long-form podcast conversations into short, engaging clips to drive audience interaction across various platforms.Edit clips with attention to pacing, storytelling, and seamless transitions.Incorporate appropriate music, graphics, and sound design to enhance the content.Optimize clips for multiple social media formats.Utilize graphics, colors, and subtitles that align with the client's podcast style and subject matter.Proactively communicate with clients to understand their content needs and preferences.Guide clients through the post-production process from start to finish.Provide expert advice on editing approaches that align with their podcast objectives and target audience.Identify opportunities to offer additional services, such as branding, jingle creation, or content distribution.Deliver edited materials promptly, ensuring quality and timeliness.Fluent in English.Experienced in trailer/promotional video editing, with a strong portfolio to showcase.4-5+ years of experience in content creation.Strong understanding of podcast content and audience engagement.Ability to identify viral content from long-form videos.Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage).
