In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a dedicated team delivering customer centred insights, analysis and advocacy outcomes that improve toll road user experiences across NSW.
You will lead and shape the customer insights and analysis function by delivering qualitative and quantitative research, behavioural insights, voice of customer frameworks and experience measurement.
You'll translate complex data into authoritative, evidence based insights that inform executive advice, regulatory transparency, service reform initiatives and systemic improvements across the NSW toll road network.
This role also offers opportunities to influence policy, strengthen governance frameworks and develop high performing analytical teams within a dynamic, highly regulated environment.

About you
Your strong analytical capability, customer centred mindset and stakeholder influencing skills, formed across regulated environments such as transport, infrastructure, utilities, government, or customer insights functions, will see you excel in translating complex datasets, complaint trends and research findings into defensible recommendations and systemic improvements.
You're recognised as a trusted adviser, skilled at communicating complex insights clearly to senior leaders, and experienced in leading customer insights, performance analysis or investigation functions to deliver meaningful service and policy outcome
