Opportunity
Provide high-quality marketing coordination and support to the Metropolitan Sales team and Directors, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness for the smooth running of all marketing activities on a 6-month contract.
Responsibilities
Assist with campaign management and execution: create media schedules, manage timelines and budgets.
Ensure on-time delivery of marketing collateral such as photography, floorplans, videography, signage and email marketing aligned with campaign timelines.
Manage, create and send all EDM communications via Campaign Monitor.
Support Account Managers in delivering the Portfolio Magazine, including pagination, index, editorial and layout.
Maintain the Streamtime system and record all expenses, quotes and purchase orders for client campaigns.
Handle supplier invoices, forward them to the Accounts Team on time and ensure accurate purchase orders are entered into Streamtime.
Maintain the overall Campaign Status Report to keep the team informed of progress.
Liaise with external suppliers for quotes and rates on deliverables (signboards, photography, videography, floorplans, print).
Attend weekly sales meetings and coordinate communication between marketing and the agency team.
Qualifications
Relevant marketing qualifications and/or experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience in the real estate industry, marketing and/or project management is beneficial.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Positive, flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done.
