Overview
As the Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of up to 30 team members. You will work to ensure that Ghanda's values are maintained and that the store meets visual merchandising standards and sales targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a proactive, customer-focused individual passionate about retail. This role also provides you with the opportunity for growth, with potential for advancement into senior leadership roles within the company.

Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and train a team of up to 30 team members, ensuring high performance and teamwork
* Maintain store presentation in line with Ghanda's visual merchandising guidelines
* Work with the Stock Allocator to ensure appropriate stock levels and maximise floor space efficiency
* Prepare store rosters, sales reports, and monitor compliance with store/team procedures
* Ensure prompt, high-quality customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints
* Manage store operations, including staff scheduling, hiring, training, and evaluations
* Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and pricing
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in a retail or hospitality supervisory role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
* A customer-first approach and an understanding of retail sales and customer service principles
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to handle stock control, merchandising, and staff performance management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage the store's day-to-day operations
* Previous experience in a retail or fast-paced customer service environment is preferred
