What You'll Be Doing
* Brand Strategy & Growth
o Own and evolve the Miss Amara brand strategy, ensuring it's clearly defined and consistently applied across every customer touchpoint.
o Increase mental availability within key customer segments.
o Align internal stakeholders to the brand, ensuring it's understood and used correctly across the business.
o Own and optimise the marketing budget, balancing demand capture with long‑term brand building.
* Website & Ecommerce Experience
o Take full ownership of the customer‑facing website and pre‑purchase journey.
o Lead UX improvements, customer research, A/B testing and CRO initiatives to drive conversion and satisfaction.
o Work closely with product, design and development partners to optimise site content and product presentation for revenue.
* Digital & Performance Marketing
o Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns end‑to‑end: strategy, creative, execution, optimisation and reporting.
o Own paid media, SEO, email marketing, CRO and CRM strategy.
o Identify new digital trends, channels, partnerships and ecommerce opportunities.
o Ensure customer data is captured, analysed and leveraged to nurture customers throughout their lifecycle.
* Content, Social & Community
o Oversee content and social strategy across all platforms.
o Support your team in building and engaging an active online community.
o Lead collaborations, partnerships and campaigns that amplify brand reach.
o Proactively manage online reputation and sentiment.
o Report on channel performance and continuously optimise.
* Leadership & Collaboration
o Mentor, coach and develop your team to hit individual and collective KPIs.
o Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
o Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training within your function.
o Provide insights, feedback and ideas to continuously improve the business.
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, including 2+ years in performance or growth leadership roles.
* Proven track record of scaling e‑commerce brands — ideally to 8‑figure revenue (examples matter more than years).
* Deep hands‑on knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing and CRO.
* Strong brand and marketing strategy capability.
* Commercially minded, data‑driven and comfortable reporting to CEO and Board.
* Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a genuine hunger to smash targets.
* Confident communicator who thrives in fast‑paced environments.
* Empathetic, fun‑loving leader — culture fit is huge at Miss Amara.
Bonus Points For
* Experience in homewares, interiors or adjacent e‑commerce categories.
* Brand management or brand development experience.
