We’re looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join our Bridgewater team. This hands-on role offers the chance to work across a range of state-of-the-art tyre recycling machinery in a supportive and safety-focused environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Sort tyres and recyclable materials to required specifications
* Operate a variety of mobile plant including forklift and bobcat
* Conduct daily pre-starts
* Operate fixed plant (shredder)
* Load and unload materials and containers
* Maintain production standards and meet processing targets
* Monitor machinery, report faults, and complete basic maintenance
* Undertake admin/weighbridge tasks as required
You will bring:
* A current driver’s licence
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive, results‑driven attitude
* Previous plant operation experience
* Current licences or willingness to obtain licences for:
o Forklift (required)
o Bobcat (preferred)
o HR/HC licence (preferred)
