Accounting Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing fluctuations in departmental results and variances from budgets, and assisting with the maintenance of General Ledger and Fixed Asset accounting systems.
Responsibilities
* Prepares journal entries to General Ledger
* Prepares bank reconciliations
* Prepares detailed account analysis
* Analyzes fluctuations in departmental results and variances from budgets
* Assists with maintenance of General Ledger system and reports
* Assists with maintenance of Fixed Asset accounting system
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required, along with one to three years of similar accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Knowledge of finance operations is preferred.
