Permanent / Full TimeSalary: $105,927 - $120,707 gross p.a. plus 12% Super35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitimeLocated at Nowra Administration Building, Bridge RoadApplications close: Tuesday, 7 April 2026 (at midnight)

About The Role

This role leads the development and implementation of Council's enterprise risk frameworks and initiatives, oversees Workers Compensation, Injury Management and Insurance functions, and manages the daily operations, staff and resources of the Enterprise Risk Management team. This includes:

Maintain and promote the Enterprise Risk Management Framework of the Council.Coordinate and facilitate key/critical risk assessment projects across Council.Maintain Council's Business Continuity Plans and guide their use as Continuity Management Team (CMT) Council's Workers Compensation and Injury Management functions and staff to ensure Council's continued status as a self-insurer for Workers Compensation.

The advertised salary is based on the grade of the position, comprising of 4 steps within the range shown. The starting salary is at Step 1 within the grade. Progression through the salary steps shall be based upon the achievement of performance objectives relating to the position.

About You

To be successful in the position, you will have:

Diploma in Business, Risk Management or related field, or extensive experience in the coordination of Enterprise Risk Management frameworksCurrent Class C Driver's LicenceProof of Australian residency or citizenship, or authority to work in Australia (visa)
