We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Centre Manager to lead the operations of a sub-regional shopping centre located in Sydney. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring stability, leadership, and a nurturing approach to a challenging and evolving asset. About the Role: As Centre Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the asset’s performance and day-to-day management. Leading a dedicated on-site team and supported by a national corporate structure, you’ll drive tenant engagement, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes—while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all centre operations, budgeting, and maintenance Lead and develop a small on-site team across administration and operations Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and service providers Ensure compliance, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and asset management teams to drive performance What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Centre Manager or senior Assistant CM within retail property Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and team development Ability to manage a complex asset and handle challenges with professionalism Financial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets and reports A calm, confident communicator who leads by example This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can make a real impact on a significant Sydney retail asset.
