Position Overview
Opportunity with a major global law firm's disputes team in Sydney. The firm is renowned for handling the most challenging disputes for blue-chip clients across the globe, advising on sensitive, large-scale litigation, arbitration and regulatory matters.
Responsibilities
Gain exposure to headline disputes spanning corporate disputes, class actions, restructuring, shareholder disputes and regulatory investigations.
Work closely with some of the most highly respected litigation partners and senior lawyers in Australia.
Work with top litigators on complex matters across industries and borders.
Benefit from training, mentoring and secondment opportunities within the firm's global network.
Develop both technical expertise and your profile in the disputes market.
Requirements
2–4 years' PAE in commercial disputes.
Exposure to market-leading, high-end disputes.
Strong legal analysis, drafting and advocacy skills.
A commercial mindset and the ability to build client relationships with confidence.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
