Customer Service Vehicle Returns Specialist
Europcar is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Vehicle Returns Specialist to join their team at our Victoria location.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer-facing roles and working as part of a diverse team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible with their working hours.
Responsibilities include providing world-class customer service throughout the rental process, assisting customers in car parks, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional service and a calm approach to daily challenges in a busy customer environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with all staff to ensure vehicles are received and returned efficiently.
* Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards; achieve all KPIs in these areas.
* Complete all administration accurately according to operating procedures.
* Process workshop vehicles following operating procedures.
Requirements:
* A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
* Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends, with various shift options.
