Seeking two Collections Officers to join a purpose-driven organisation in Parramatta. These temporary 6 month roles offer stability, flexibility, and the chance to work for a business that genuinely values wellbeing. You'll work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week, reporting directly to the Credit Manager.
In this role, you'll manage a small ledger of around 50 accounts, conducting research and reconciling to ensure accuracy. You'll make collection calls, resolve discrepancies, and build strong client relationships, directly supporting the organisation's financial health.
To succeed, you'll have solid credit and collections experience, with NDIS exposure highly regarded but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport are essential. Candidates with experience as an Assistant Accountant or in similar roles, particularly those with strong NDIS reconciliation experience, will also be considered.
