Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering our Lived Experience Advisory Program. This pivotal position requires a skilled and values-driven professional to lead the program and ensure that lived experience informs policy, program design, and practice through advocacy work.

* Contract: Full-Time | Ongoing
The successful candidate will have a strong background in lived experience advocacy and program management. They will be able to build trusted relationships with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CALD groups, and senior stakeholders.
You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of trauma-aware, strengths-based, and culturally safe programs that elevate lived experience voices in homelessness and domestic violence. You will also oversee sub-contractors, partners, and program components, including culturally specific initiatives and evaluations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Relevant qualifications and sector experience in social work, community development, health promotion, or related fields (postgraduate desirable)
* A strong background in lived experience advocacy and program management
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse communities, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, CALD groups, and senior stakeholders
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice, co-design principles, and the ethical foundations of lived experience advisory bodies
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce complex documentation and facilitate inclusive, accessible engagement
