Qualifications & experience
* If you are currently in Retail, Bookings or Sales, whilst finishing school and have over 2 years experience read on.....
* Sales/Customer Service experience
* Recent completion of Trade/School Certificate(s) would be highly regarded.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed KPI's of at least 2 years.
* Excellent interpersonal, networking and negotiation ability with a high level of both written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to lead great conversations, find solutions with your problem solving ability, all whilst upholding a professional manner and appearance beyond interview.
* Computer literacy with an outgoing, energetic and confident personality.
* Drivers licence (preferred).
Tasks & responsibilities
* Learning and training with a team member with over 30 years of customer service experience.
* Working with a dynamic frontline team to fulfil the service requirements of up to 60 appointments daily.
* Our team of Service Consultants and Booking agents main focus is to provide outstanding customer service to Andersons retail and fleet client base.
* Be results driven and accomplish goals.
* Make decisions and connect with people.
* Liaise with confidence by providing Outstanding Customer Service.
* Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on customer satisfaction.
* The hours for this role are from 7:30am - 5:00pm from Monday to Friday.
