About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Automation Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing strategic sales opportunities in customer accounts, ensuring that technical and business value propositions are effectively communicated to key decision-makers.
* Create and implement account growth strategies for automation solutions and use cases.
* Collaborate with the Account team to analyze customers' business drivers and create compelling narratives that position automation solutions as key enablers of technology-driven innovation and digital transformation.
* Manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, working closely with the account management team, solutions architects, and professional services team.
* Meet performance expectations while leveraging leadership skills and extensive specialist experience to identify transformation projects and win executive buy-in.
* Capture compelling reasons for customers to undertake projects by illustrating the business impact of automation solutions and tailoring these solutions to meet customer business requirements.
This position requires 10+ years of experience selling automation software offerings, cloud services, or related technology offerings, with a strong background in value-based solutions selling, creative thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Passion for open-source technology and understanding of subscription-based business models are also essential.
