We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Data Insights Professional. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data analysis and interpretation, and has experience in designing and managing evaluation strategies.
Job Description
This role involves working with high-quality data to uncover insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, designing and managing evaluation strategies, and translating findings into meaningful reports and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly and creatively.
You will work autonomously and collaboratively, providing training and support to internal stakeholders, and contribute to special projects at the discretion of the CEO.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or training in research, community services, or health care.
* Strong research skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
* Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly and creatively.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver insight-driven reports and presentations.
* Familiarity with research-related software and tools.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience working in collaborative and agile environments.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
* Organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet competing deadlines.
