The Position:
The Account Manager will manage contractual and operational performance across a portfolio of sites on behalf of multiple clients. Your focus will be to ensure that onsite operational teams are managing cleaning and maintenance services in line with presentation and contractual performance as well as building client relationships and evaluating potential further growth opportunities for ad hoc works.
Your responsibilities include:
* Providing leadership and guidance to on-site teams, motivating a culture of high performance.
* Building and maintaining client relationships by implementing effective communication strategies and maintaining proactive engagement.
* Overseeing compliance, safety standards, and financial outcomes to ensure optimal performance across all FM sites.
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for service innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term contract retention.
* Planning and supporting new site setups in line with company standards and guiding onsite teams during transition periods.
* Evaluating and reviewing the preferred vendor network to ensure service delivery remains competitive and value-driven.
* Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring accurate site documentation in their CMMS system.

Key Skills and Qualities:
Our client is looking to recruit a dynamic, operationally oriented manager, who brings extensive knowledge of the facilities services industry.
You will be encouraged to apply if you demonstrate the following:
* A proven background in managing the self-delivery of cleaning and maintenance services across a portfolio of assets, ideally as an Account Manager or equivalent for an outsourced service provider
* Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and expand the delivery of works to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Attention to detail, quality and exceptional customer service with the capacity to train and mentor staff to align to this ethos.
* A proactive problem solver who leads from the front and can act under pressure.
* Proven skillsets around people management in an operational environment, including motivation, rostering and training.
* Ensuring a safety culture is adopted and WHS and compliance is adhered to.
* A high level of financial and commercial acumen (budgeting, reporting, forecasting)
* A valid National Police Check, or open to application if successful.
