About the Role
This position involves working closely with clients to identify their strengths, skills and interests, and developing strategies to help them achieve their career objectives. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized plans for returning to work or education;
* Collaborating with clients to identify transferable skills and qualifications, and exploring opportunities for future employment or training;
* Performing functional capacity evaluations, worksite assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and other relevant assessments as needed;
* Developing effective case management plans to monitor progress towards client goals and providing ongoing support and guidance;
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of business objectives;
