This Federal Government Department are seeking Multiple Customer Service experts to join them for an initial engagement of 12 months with potential for further extensions.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
- The ability to continuously update yourself on current policies and procedures.
- Previous experience working on a computer system is required as you will be expected to have the ability to navigate multiple programs while with a customer.
- Previous experience working within a professional customer service environment is highly desired
- A current National Police clearance and a willingness to obtain and maintain a Baseline Clearance upon commencement is required
- You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role.
