About the Role:
Deliver exceptional drinks and customer service with flair, energy, and professionalism in a fast-paced bar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up bar and venue pre-service
* Engage guests and serve quality drinks during service
* Operate POS and manage transactions
* Clean, close, and restock post-service
* Support with food running, stock take, and general duties
Skills & Experience:
* Strong cocktail knowledge and bar experience
* High energy, attention to detail, and team spirit
* Immaculate presentation and work ethic
* RSA certification required
