The OpportunityThe Paid Performance Coordinator is responsible for executing, optimising, and analyzing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive traffic, conversions, revenue & profit for Culture Kings.

Frequently visited by some of the world's best athletes, artists and tastemakers, Culture Kings is ahead of its game offering an elite perspective of the ever-changing global streetwear landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in executing paid social media strategies to support business goals.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in paid social media.Support the setup, monitoring, and daily optimisation of paid social campaigns.Assist in amplifying key product releases, promotions, and category initiatives.Help with testing ad concepts, including ideation, briefing, execution, and reporting.Coordinate with platform Account Managers to stay aligned on best practices.Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain brand consistency.Assist in reporting tasks, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication of insights.Skills and ExperienceUnderstanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
and digital marketing principles.Hands-on experience assisting with campaign setup, monitoring, and performance optimisation.Exposure to platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
